PROACT is vested in the success of the individuals that have become part of the effort. Because of that, we will work with employees and employers to provide oversight, additional resources and communication solutions that provide viable results.
In conjunction with the job placement efforts of PROACT, we are also engaged with public and private partners to provide worksite monitoring for PROACT partners on both the individual employee side as well as for the employer effort. Active partnerships with groups like the State of West Virginia Workforce Development office, DHHR and others are critical in this regard.
