Shelby McGuire

Shelby McGuire, PsyD, Psychologist, Valley Health

In addition to her role at PROACT, Dr. McGuire is a licensed clinical psychologist at Valley Health Systems, where she treats adults and adolescents at the network’s East Huntington and Southside health centers. Dr. McGuire earned her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University while completing clinical internships with organizations throughout the Tri-State, including Valley Health. Outside of her role at PROACT, Dr. McGuire is active with the West Virginia Perinatal Partnership. In her work with this organization, Dr. McGuire supports initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes for pregnant women in West Virginia and their babies.
